Next Path To The Big Leagues: Translator

Clearly I won’t get to the show with my baseball skills, so it’s nice to have this fall back

After watching the Clubhouse: Red Sox Netflix Series (Episode 1), I saw a few players from the Dominican on the Red Sox, who spoke very poor English. And I saw this dude sitting beside all of them in their media availabilities and I thought to myself YEP, that’s how I’m getting to the show. I’m gonna learn Spanish and sit by these guys during pre-and post game interviews, go up to the mound with the pitching coach if needed during games, and just hang out with the boys like I’ve always dreamed.

For those that know me very well personally, you know I wasn’t a “school smart“ type of person, so going back to school for 3 years to learn a language is not in the financial and mental strength repertoire for me. I also don’t think it is very advantageous for me to try and learn Japanese as well to increase my chances, because like I said, my IQ is just not at that level to try and learn two.

So I ask any of you out there in the Big Screen Sports world, who speaks Spanish fluently and would be willing to teach me, HOW MUCH WOULD YOU CHARGE TO TEACH ME SPANISH SO I CAN MAKE IT TO THE SHOW??
